Site #1 Pull-Thru

Site #1 is our most popular site, it offers the easiest access for any size RV. It is situated right up front and center location. This site features a concrete pad with patio, is closest to the overflow parking, Future C-store, and path to the waterfront beach. (12′ x 40′ Pad) (70′ Overall length) NOW Available for long term pricing of $20.68 per day ($600) per month. This pricing is available for reservations of 29 days or more. Site #2 Pull-Thru

This site has been revised to accommodate larger RV’s, is currently gravel. This site is slated to have the concrete completed in 2025. (Overall site length 60′) NOW Available for long term pricing of $20.68 per day ($600) per month. This pricing is available for reservations of 29 days or more. (**Long term pricing only available after Labor Day & before Memorial Weekend)

Site #3 Pull-Thru

This site is now available for booking!  No concrete slab yet, but it offers a gravel parking surface and full hookups. All sites will eventually be like site #1, Projected completion date for concrete is Fall 2024. NOW Available for long term pricing of $20.68 per day ($600) per month. Site #4 Pull-in/Back out

This site is currently available for booking. It offers full hookups, Picnic Table & gravel parking pad.  Because of turn radius and close proximity to the trees this site is advertised as “Pull-in, Back out” Smaller RV’s can pull out, but expect to back out of this site and it is not recommended for very large RV’s unless you are very good at maneuvering tight spaces. This site is slated for concrete to be completed for the 2026 season.  NOW Available for long term pricing of $20.68 per day, ($600 per month). This pricing is available for reservations of 29 days or more and subject to availability. (Monthly rate not available during peak season) **Be advised the area between this site and #5 is currently being leveled and filled with fresh fill dirt and will remain very soft until early summer. Once it has settled and dried we will be placing fresh sod between 4&5 and 3&4. Please try to keep off these areas until they are completed. Thank you.

Site #5 Back-In, Long Term

This site is projected to be completed in early 2025, Can be booked for regular short term stays, Is currently used for camp host  or overflow & long term stays. This site is back-in only, has a dedicated sewer & Water connection, but currently shares power with site #4 pedestal. Currently this site has fresh fill surrounding it, we will be placing new sod mid-May once the area is dried out. Please try to keep off the fresh fill & new sod to help speed up the process.
