Welcome to Cottonwood Cove RV Park! We are so glad you’re here!
As a guest (Registered Camper) of CCRVP (Cottonwood Cove RV Park) please review the following information to help ensure your stay is a pleasant one.

REFUND POLICY:

Cancellations may be requested at any time. Your reservation may be moved to a later date at no additional charge (pending availability) Cancellations eligible for a refund must be requested via email no less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. If a refund is approved it will be made minus processing fees (typically 3.5% of the total reservation)

PARK RULES:
–  Check out is 11 AM. Check in is 1 PM. Please be courteous! Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM and any unpaid
visitors must leave by 10 PM. All guests must register with management upon arrival or before 10 AM the
following morning. (If you booked and paid online you are already registered)
–  Campground speed limit is 5 MPH.
–  Do not park, drive or ride any vehicles anywhere there is grass.
–  There is a strict limit of 1 vehicle in your site at any time. Any visitors you have that exceed this number must
park in designated parking areas and walk to your site. No parking on the loop road for any reason.
–  You are responsible for any damage to the campground, including water and power pedestals, etc. Please be
careful.
–  We cannot be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
–  Campfires are to remain in fire pits and all flames are to be extinguished before leaving the fire unattended or
by 10 PM. Do not leave a campfire unattended. PLEASE extinguish fires whenever leaving site. Also, please note
that campfires may be completely restricted during the mid‐summer months when the fire danger is high.
–  Any wood on the ground may be gathered for fires. No cutting of firewood is permitted without prior approval
from management.
–  Cleanliness of the park is important to us. Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as determined by management.
–  Pets are allowed as long as they are not a restricted breed and they are:
    o Kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet and attached to a human. This applies to all pets including cats.
    o Picked up after, by you. Not left unattended at any time for any reason.
    o Not an annoyance to other campers.
    o Not aggressive, or noisy. Barking dogs will not be tolerated.
–  Help us protect our trees! Do not hang anything from, nail anything to them, cut or climb our trees.
–  We believe camping is for families, and there can be children in the campground, so please watch out for their
safety. Children must be supervised at all times. Parents are responsible for their children’s safe conduct and
any injuries or damage that they may incur or cause. Unsupervised children who cause disruption for other
guests may be asked to leave the park with their entire group.
–  Absolutely no fireworks on campground property.
–  Cottonwood Cove respects the 2nd amendment and welcomes legal carry of firearms. Firearms shall not be
discharged or unholstered unless necessary to protect life or property.
–  There are no refunds for early departures or inclement weather.
–  Alcohol must be kept at your site.
–  Each RV entering the Park must either be new, like new or in good condition and approved by Park
Management. A certificate of liability insurance for the RV must be available to Park Management if requested; the  certificate of insurance should indicate coverage for the duration of stay at CCRVP. Placement of RVs shall be on the  concrete pad provided, and shall be parked in the proper orientation in the site (no parking backwards in your site)
–  Please respect the boundaries of your neighbors, use roads and walkways, do not cut through other campsites.                      –  CCRVP utilizes a septic system. No objects that resist water (including, but not limited to, disposable diapers,
paper towels, tampons, sanitary napkins, cotton balls, trash) may be flushed or otherwise deposited into the
septic system.
–  A sewer hose seal (rubber donut or threaded connector) for your sewer hose is REQUIRED on all
sewer hookups. These hoses are also available for purchase onsite.
–  Swim and use of the riverfront beach are at your own risk. There are no lifeguards on duty. Access to the waterfront beach is by foot traffic only. All vehicle traffic is strictly prohibited. Guests must remain in designated area.
–  Fishing is allowed as long as Idaho Fish & Game regulations are followed.
–  We reserve the right to refuse business for any reason at any time.
–  Loud noise (Loud talking, cursing, music, TV, etc.), or disturbing other guests will result in
immediate eviction from park and no refund.
–  Please regard private property lines. Park boundaries will be clearly marked, and respected
by all guests.

Notice to Guests:
This property is privately owned. The registered camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby release the campground (CCRVP), its Owner, its officers, and employees of all liability for loss or damage to personal property and injury to his/her person arising out of his/her use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the campground, its officers, and employees against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person or any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities. The registered camper also agrees that during use of camping facilities at CCRVP that the park/owners are not responsible for any damage that may occur to registered camper’s RV, Person or any personal items that are located in the park (CCRVP) by fallen tree limbs or trees.

Trees:
The majority of the park’s camp sites are located under trees. The trees provide welcomed shade in the hot sunny
summer days; however, the park (CCRVP/Owners) waives any responsibility for damage caused by fallen tree limbs or
trees. If you choose to stay at the park you must read this entire document stating that the park will not be responsible for any damage to your RV or personal items that are caused by fallen tree limbs or trees, you must acknowledge and accept these terms & Conditions prior to reserving a stay at our Campground.
